FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
HOW DOES THE PARK WORK?
How does LIFE PARK ANDALO work?
Life Park Andalo is a public park located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and Paganella in Trentino, featuring a wide array of activities and attractions (27 in summer, 12 in winter, and 9 available year-round—3 of which are closed only in May).
You do not need an entrance ticket to walk through the park; there are free areas such as traditional playgrounds and walking paths, alongside paid attractions including amusement zones and sports facilities for all ages. The park also hosts events, particularly during the summer season (around 90 events in summer alone).
Activities and attractions have varying prices and dedicated opening hours. Explore our website for complete details, or contact us directly—we are happy to assist you.
RESERVATIONS & TICKETING
Do you recommend booking in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking, especially during peak tourist seasons and for weekends throughout the year. While not mandatory, booking guarantees access on your preferred date and time slot. If the facility reaches capacity upon your arrival without a booking, entry will not be permitted.
Is payment required to make a booking?
Yes, for most activities you must purchase your ticket online in advance.
Can I book over the phone?
Telephone bookings are only accepted for select services, such as beauty treatments. For all other facilities—including the swimming pool, Acquain Spa, and play parks—tickets must be purchased online to secure a booking.
You may also purchase tickets online and present them directly at the cash desk without pre-booking a specific time, though entry cannot be guaranteed for your preferred time slot.
How do time slots work for bookings?
Your booking time slot refers to your entry window. For example, if you book for 4:00 PM and the next slot is 4:30 PM, you must arrive at the cash desk between 4:00 PM and 4:29 PM to check in.
How can I check if a specific day or time slot is busy?
Add a ticket for your desired activity to your cart on our website and select your target date and time. The system will display real-time availability for that slot:
Green: Good availability
Orange: Limited availability
Red: Sold out
Note: Availability can change rapidly during inclement weather, as indoor activities fill up quickly. If availability is orange, we recommend booking immediately or choosing a less busy time slot. In high-demand scenarios where multiple users attempt to book remaining slots simultaneously, transactions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
My online payment failed during booking. Is my spot secured?
No. If the payment process fails, your booking is not confirmed. Please restart the purchasing procedure and complete the payment.
Where do I find my online tickets after purchase?
Once your purchase is successfully completed, access your tickets via:
Your Account: Log in to your account on our website, click the user icon at the top right, and go to your order history. Scroll to the right end of your latest order row to download the PDF tickets to your device.
Email Confirmation: A confirmation email containing the PDF tickets as attachments will be sent to your registered email address (or the address linked to your Google login).
Do I need to print my tickets?
No printing is necessary; staff can scan QR codes directly from your smartphone screen. We recommend saving the ticket or QR code image/PDF directly to your phone before arrival, as mobile network coverage varies across the park grounds. Alternatively, connect to the park's free Wi-Fi upon arrival. (This practice is also recommended for holders of the Paganella Guest Card.)
Why doesn't my ticket display the date and time of my booking?
The date and time are linked digitally to your ticket rather than printed on it. Click the link labeled "book or verify reservation" underneath the QR code on your ticket to view your details.
How do I change or reschedule my booking?
Access the booking page via the "book or verify reservation" link under the QR code on your ticket. You may cancel your existing booking using the cancellation button up to 4 hours before the reserved time slot.
Once canceled, your ticket remains valid for its standard duration (most tickets remain valid for 6 months). Re-open the reservation link to view the calendar and select a new available date and time.
Note: Canceled bookings are subject to current real-time availability. Please check for open slots on your desired new date before canceling your existing reservation.
Where can I find specific terms for tickets and passes?
Detailed information on ticket validity, season passes, gift vouchers, and terms of sale can be found at www.andalo.life/infoticket and www.andalo.life/condizionidivendita.

ACCESSIBILITY & DISABILITY SERVICES
Are discounts available for visitors with disabilities?
Visitors with a documented disability level above 30% receive a 50% discount off standard rates for most individual entries and passes at Life Park Andalo (sports lessons excluded). If an accompanying person is required, the same 50% discount applies to them.
Discounted tickets must be purchased in person at the ticket counter upon presentation of a European Disability Card or official medical disability certificate. Accompanying person requirements must be officially noted on the card or documentation.

Can visitors eligible for disability discounts book tickets online?
Visitors with disabilities and their companions do not need to pre-book online; priority access is provided directly at the ticket counter at any time. If you are visiting with additional non-disabled guests who require standard tickets, we recommend purchasing and booking their tickets online in advance.
Practical tips for accessible visits:
Check current site capacity online prior to your visit if high crowd levels cause discomfort.
Personal outdoor wheelchairs are not permitted inside the pool or spa areas. Specialized wet-use wheelchairs are provided on-site for movement and showering. Pool hoist access is available upon request through the lifeguards.
The ice rink features a dedicated sled attachment allowing wheelchair users to go on the ice. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you require this apparatus.

What is the required swimwear for the pool?
Proper swimsuits are mandatory for all guests. Babies and infants must wear swim diapers/swim pants. Swimwear and swim accessories are not included in the entrance ticket and are not available for rent, but can be purchased at the reception shop.
Are towels provided?
Towels are available for rent at an additional fee (not included with standard entry).
For the Spa & Wellness area, at least one cotton towel (microfiber is not permitted) is required. Bringing two towels, or one towel and a bathrobe, is strongly recommended so you have dry coverage for relaxation rooms. Bathrobes (large sizes only) are available for rent during select periods.
How do the changing rooms work?
Changing rooms are gender-segregated. Lockers operate with a €1 coin deposit. Hairdryers are provided free of charge.
What are the rules regarding swimwear in the SPA?
The SPA follows traditional Nordic wellness etiquette: swimsuits are strictly forbidden. Guests enter all saunas and steam amenities naked, using a cotton towel to wrap themselves or sit on in shared areas and relaxation zones. Daily sauna rituals (Aufguss and sound baths) are offered. Full details are listed at www.andalo.life/spa.
Can I reserve a sunbed at the pool or spa?
Sunbeds are free of charge and available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis; advance reservations are not permitted. Unattended sunbeds left occupied with personal items or towels will be cleared to ensure fair access for all guests.
What should I know when visiting the pool with an infant?
Infants must wear an approved swim diaper. Children under 1 year old enter free of charge. In-pool infant floatation aids are permitted, and armbands can be purchased at the entrance shop.
For hygiene reasons, strollers and prams are strictly prohibited inside the changing rooms, pool hall, and outdoor solarium garden. Changing tables and high chairs are available in the changing facilities. Infant car seats (without wheels) may be brought inside.
How do purchases at the pool bar work?
Upon entry, guests receive an electronic wristband used to charge food, beverages, and beauty treatments. All accrued charges are paid at the self-service payment kiosk before exiting.
Can we leave the pool facility for lunch and return later?
Yes, re-entry is permitted within the same day's operating hours. Prior to stepping out, settle any active wristband charges at the automatic kiosk and notify the receptionist, who will issue a re-entry wristband.
Can I bring my own packed lunch?
Yes. Packed meals and snacks may be consumed on the mezzanine floor of the indoor bar or at the outdoor summer solarium. Eating is strictly prohibited poolside and inside relaxation rooms.
