As winter begins to give way to the first whispers of spring, we invite you to celebrate Imbolc, the ancient festival of the waxing light. A journey of profound transformation, designed to shake off winter’s lethargy and prepare the inner ground for new beginnings.

The Ritual Journey: Purification We begin with the awakening of the body. Through the enveloping heat of the sauna and a special sound bath, we will let go of the heaviness of the past months. Steam and essential oils will purify the skin, while sound vibrations will release the spirit, creating the space needed to welcome the new.

Light and Fire After warming ourselves with the fire of the sauna, we will once again immerse ourselves in vibrations. This second sound bath is dedicated to the returning vital energy: resonant frequencies recall the strength of the rising sun, awakening your inner spark.

Planting New Seeds The journey concludes with a symbolic sowing. Purified and regenerated, we will be ready to visualize projects and desires, "planting" them in the fertile ground of our consciousness so they may bloom in the months to come.
