Slowing Down and Following the Flow

Paths and things need time to mature. Facing life with slowness doesn't mean not applying the right energy to grow every day, but rather correctly channeling this energy without forcing a natural flow to which one is always brought back anyway. Wanting to do things in a hurry, forcibly closing goals in a very short time, forcibly choosing paths, not taking the time to wait when needed, pushes the flow too far ahead and creates splits that one is inevitably forced to stop and repair, effectively losing all the time previously gained.

The Energy Channeling Path

Thanks to special guest Roberto —a Tai Chi instructor—on this special day at ACQUAin SPA, we will try to slow down our pace, our heartbeat, to continue on the path of our experiences with determination and slowness. We will let everything happen in the right time and lead to natural maturation, avoiding unnecessary hiccups.

The Gift of Slowness will seek to slow down your forced rhythms to help you rediscover the right slowness that leads to channeling energy onto the right focus points to optimize efforts and feel well.

7 p.m. Aufguss 'The Gift of Slowness'

10 p.m. spa closing
