REGULATION REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING TO THE ANDALO LIFE FACILITIES

GENERAL INDICATIONS: 

(THE SAME FOR ALL THE ACTIVITIES, VALID THROUGHOUT THE ANDALO LIFE PARK AREA)

1. This regulation is binding for all guests. Accessing the area every guest undertakes to follow this regulation;
2. Everyone accessing the area must be provided with an entrance ticket;
3. It is forbidden to leave any garbage, it has to be thrown in the appropriate baskets;
4. In case there are delimited spaces or dedicated activities authorised by the management it is forbidden to access these reserved
areas;
5. Not all services can be guaranteed at any time ( closure due to tecnical reasons, force majeure, etc.);
6. The locker must be left open at the exit, locked lockers will be opened at closing time;
7. Guests have to supervise their own belongings. Andalo Gestioni is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal items throughout
the Andalo Life area (including benches, changing rooms and lockers, even closed, etc);
8. No food, drinks or chewing gum throughout the area;
9. Where there are exposed provisions guest must comply;
10. No dogs or other animals throughout the area;
11. Access to the area is prohibited to persons in a psycho physical altered state caused by narcotis or alcoholic substances;
12. Anyone who accesses must be free of contagious deseases;
13. It is forbidden to blaspheme , use vulgar language and conduct that can cause harm of any kind to other people or objects;
14. No smoking;
15. No running , jumping or shouting;
16. Guests have to follow instructions of the service staff, staff members are authorised to request immediate clearance of one or more
areas if necessary;
17. Our staff members are entitled to take action at any time to require compliance with this regulation. People who do not behave
properly will be removed with no right of refund;
18. Andalo Gestioni reserves the right to change this regulation at any time;
19. The utmost care is highly recommended . Andalo Gestioni is not responsable for any damage or injury caused to themselves, other
people or objects during the course of activity throughout the area.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

ACQUAIN ACQUAPARK

• GENERAL INDICATIONS FOR USE AND ACCESS TO THE ACQUAPARK (POOLS AREA)

1. It is advisable to leave an interval of at least 3 hours between the meal and entering the water;
2. Before entering the water it is compulsory to take a shower; Access to the pools room is allowed only by passing through the foot wash basin;
3. Bathers must be free from contagious skin diseases, lesions or open wounds, warts; It is forbidden to enter the water with plasters and / or bandages of any kind;
4. The use of swimming caps is mandatory in the water and the use of rubber footwear is prohibited;
5. Children with the need to wear diapers must necessarily use a type suitable for use in water;
6. It is forbidden to spit or expel body fluids;
7. It is prohibited for swimmers to use fins, masks, eyeglasses, mats, balls or anything else that may disturb the pool patrons;
8. Apnea exercises are prohibited;
9. Inexperienced swimmers are required to bathe in the water space of 105cm high or in the outdoor water space of 90cm high. The management declines all responsibility for accidents or damage to persons or properties caused by the imprudence of bathers. In this regard, it is forbidden to run, jump, push, and dive dangerously into the water from the edges of all the pools. The use of floats is mandatory for children and for those who can’t swim;
10. You are required to change in the changing rooms only. Clothing and personal belongings must be stored inside the lockers;
11. In the changing rooms and on the pool level it is forbidden to bring glasses, bottles and jars; To eat packed lunches or to buy and consume food and beverage there is a bar inside (on the loft);
12. Do not occupy the sunbeds if not used;
13. In case of thunderstorm the outdoor Relax Pool will be closed;
14. It is not allowed to stop and play in the swimming lanes;
15. It is not allowed to teach swimming or any other water activity if not authorized by the management( ACQUAin instructors are authorized);
16. It is forbidden to introduce strollers or external means of walking. In case of need, contact the service staff;
17. At the entrance you will be provided with an electronic bracelet on which you can upload internal services; you will need the bracelet to leave the building; any charged services must be paid at the desk before leaving. The loss of the bracelet causes a penalty of €50,00
18. For the temporary exit from the swimming pool area it is mandatory to request a pass at the entrance;
19. A Spa&Wellness ticket allows you to access the Spa&Wellness area. In this area another regulation is applied wich remembers you the prohibition to wear swim suits;
20. By accessing the Spa&Wellness area, each of our guests is required to observe the rules.

• GENERAL INDICATIONS FOR USE AND ACCESS TO THE SPRAYPARK AREA

1. The spraypark area is an area dedicated to entertainment with water attractions. The user who accesses it must therefore be aware that he will receive splashes of water from the equipment and will get wet;
2. It is forbidden to enter the spraypark area for those with precarious health conditions or diseases likely to worsen as a result of the use of the attractions and / or for those suffering from serious heart diseases, for women in an advanced state of pregnancy and for non self-sufficient handicapped people.
3. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who will be directly responsible for their supervision throughout their time in the area.
4. Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who will be directly responsible for them and will have the obligation to remain constantly by the child's side throughout their stay in the area.
5. It is mandatory to wear clothing suitable for being wet.
6. Personal accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, watches, glasses, jewelry and objects of any kind are not allowed inside the spraypark area;
7. It is forbidden to climb on the attractions
8. Improper use of the equipment present is prohibited.
9. It is forbidden to place other users in an elevated position within the spraypark area, such as carrying a child on one's shoulders.

• GENERAL INDICATIONS FOR USE AND ACCESS TO THE WATER SLIDE

1. Children up to 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult even if they are wearing flotation devices;
2. It is forbidden to run and overtake on the access stairs to the slides;
3. ‘‘GO’’ ONLY when the light is green;
4. It is forbidden to slide in a row, in a prone position (facing forward or backwards), in a seated position backwards, in a kneeling position and standing;
5. It is forbidden to stand along the slide or or grab its edges;
6. During the slide it is mandatory to maintain the distance from the previous bather and to maintain contact with the slide for its entire length;
7. After the slide, it is mandatory to leave the landing area immediately.
8. It’s not permitted to slide with personal accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, watches, glasses, jewelry and objects of any kind;

• GENERAL INDICATIONS FOR USE AND ACCESS TO GARDEN/SOLARIUM AREA

1. Access from the solarium to the pools is allowed only by passing through the foot wash basin;
2. Umbrellas and deck chairs are available until exhaustion;
3. Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

ACQUAIN SPA&WELLNESS

1. Inside the Wellness Area it is not allowed to wear swimming suits; inbetween the saunas, the corridors, on the terrace, in the relaxing rooms and in in the internal bar it is mandatory to cover yourself with a cotton towel or bathrobe;
2. This is a mixed Wellness Centre (men and women);
3. To access the Wellness Area minors have to be accompanied by a parent;
4. The use of mobiles or any other electronic device is not allowed within the whole Wellness Centre (including relaxation rooms, corridors , terrace and the internal bar. Those who dont comply will be expelled from the facility;
5. We do not reccomend to enter the saunas on a full or empty stomach, our advice is to have a a light meal in advance;
6. It is mandatory to shower first before you enter the sauna in order to remove any cream or other products that can be harmful for the facilities;
7. At the entrance of the Wellness Centre and its internal you'll find antifungal spray, it is recommended to use this often to protect your feet;
8. Anyone who enters the Wellness Centre has to be free from contagious diseases (including those of the skin), open injuries or wounds, free from epilepsy or mental illness. The saunas are generally good for everyone, but we recommend to consult your doctor for specific directions in case you suffer from special diseases;
9. It is not allowed to enter the Wellness Area with plasters and /or bandages;
10. It is forbidden to spit or in any case to expell bodyfluids inside the saunas/pools;
11. The wellness area is a relaxation area in which it is mandatory to speak in a low voice;
12. The use of personal products (soap and creams) is not permitted outside the changing rooms much less in the tubs, pools and showers of the wellness route;
13. It is forbidden to pour out oil or ice on the sauna stove if not authorized by the Andalo Gestioni staff;
14. Inside the saunas you need to have a cotton cloth to lay on the benches before sitting down so that there wont be any body contact with the wood of the sauna. No microfiber cloths allowed. No other objects like glasses , slippers etc. allowed;
15. It is forbidden to bring in glasses, bottles or cans;
16. To eat your packed lunch or to buy food and drinks there is a internal bar;
17. Do not occupy the sunbeds if not used;
18. It is not allowed to perform an Aufguss ritual if not authorized;
19. no external walkers, sticks or other means allowed inside;
20. At the entrance you will be provided with an electronic bracelet on which you can upload internal services; you will need the bracelet to leave the building; any charged services must be paid at the desk before leaving. The loss of the bracelet causes a penalty of €50,00
21. The Spa&Wellness ticket allows you to access the water park (swimming pool area). In this area another regulation is applied wich we kindly ask our guests to respect (please note: Swimmg suit and swimming cap is compulsory);
22. For a temporary exit from the area you need to ask for a pass at the entrance;

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

BEAUTY CENTER

1. The beauty center is a relaxation area in which it is mandatory to speak in a low voice;
2. Advance reservation required for massages/treatments;
3. Please make sure to show up 10 minutes before your appointment; if you are late we will have to shorten the duration of the treatment and no discount for this reason can be applied;
4. You are advised not to smoke, to drink alcoholics or to eat in the 20 minutes before your appointment;
5. If you wish to change or to cancel your reservation it can be done until closing time of the reception the day before;
6. For treatments or massages minors are to be accompanied by a parent;
7. Before your appointment it is advisable to take a shower to remove cream or any other residue. You can have a shower in the locker room of the wellness area;
8. Everyone accessing the beauty center has to be free of contagious diseases, including those of the skin, injuries or open wounds;
9. It is mandatory to declare your state of health, you will be required to compile a specific form. Treatments are generally good for everyone, but for those who have faced a period of poor health (operation, disabling diseases/tumours) it is advisable to consult a doctor. In these cases the beautician, for your own protection , may advise against or refuse the service or request a medical certificate;
10. During massages and body treatments you will wear no clothes, the untreated parts of the body will be covered by a towel. You can wear disposable undergarment;
11. It is mandatory to maintain a decent attitude. Our Guests are treated in a professional manner, requests of any other type of service are severely forbidden;
12. Our staff, including beauticians, are entitled to act at any moment requiring compliance with this regulation, to prevent or to expel those who do not behave properly; they will be removed and will have no right of reimbursement.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

ICE RINK

1. Access to the ice rink only with ice skates on. It is prohibited to enter with any other kind of shoes;
2. It’s not allowed to pass skates or other rented equipment to another person;
3. It is not allowed to bring inside any other item not necessary for practising ice skating;
4. Collective games like train, chain etc are prohibited, also no hockey allowed(no sticks inside the rink);
5. It is forbidden to sit on the balustrades or to stop in the ice rink (in particular to sit or lie down);
6. It is prohibited to skate in the opposite direction to the normal anti-clockwise circulation. It is not allowed to skate excessively fast and disorderly. No canadian performance or any other way to spoil the ice allowed;
7. If not authorized by the management no teaching allowed. The Andalo Life instructors are authorized;
8. Guest have to change on the appropriate benches or in the changing rooms;
9. On crowdy days the rink will close for 15 minutes at 5 pm to prepare the ice.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

FUNNY JUMP AREA

1. The “Funny Jump” is suitable for children from ca. 4 years old to ca. 11 years old (it depends on the size of the harness). In case of doubts we recommend you to ask the operator before purchasing the ticket;
2. Wait for the call of the operator on the outside of the jumping area with the entrance ticket at the ready. You can buy it at the counter (Duration of the jump: 5 minutes);
3. Accompaniers can not go in;
4. Children must wait for the operator who will put them in the harness on the Funny Jump;
5. Children must listen carefully to the instructions given by the operator before starting to jump;
6. Children must keep their hands steady on the rubber all the time.
7. The ticket is not refundable in case of bad weather.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

BIMBOLANDIA AREA

1. Games are reserved to children, parents are responsible for them;
2. Pay attention to other children;
3. On the trampolines you get on alone;
4. Don’t jump or sit on the edges of the bouncies;
5. It is forbidden to wear shoes (only in summer), watches, necklaces, bracelets, rings, glasses.
6. It is mandatory to wear the electronic bracelet that certifies the payment of the entrance ticket, which is valid for only one entrance. It is forbidden to remove or switch bracelets with others. If required you must also show the entrance ticket.
7. The ticket is not refundable in case of bad weather.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

WINTER PARK AREA

1. Children under 6 years old must go down on the rafts with an accompanier (who doesn’t pay) and use the same raft;
2. A maximum of 2 people can go down on the big rafts, while on the small rafts you must go alone. You cannot tie bobsleds or other rafts and go down in a row;
3. In winter it is mandatory to wear a helmet up to 14 years old;
4. Before going down it is mandatory to wait for the previous raft to clear the track;
5. The rental of rafts and bobsleds is included in the entrance ticket. Immediate availability cannot be guaranteed. If not used they must be returned immediately.
6. It is forbidden to sit or lie down on the treadmill;
7. The slide can be accessed only by children over the age of 7 years old. The slide cannot be used by adults.
8. It is forbidden to stop during the descent or to hold on to the edges of the slide.
9. Before going down you must wait for the slide to be clear and assume the position indicated on the information signs.
10. In winter some sectors of the area are available depending on the snow conditions.
11. It is mandatory to wear the bracelet that certifies the payment of the entrance ticket, which is valid for only one entrance. It is forbidden to remove or switch bracelets with others. If required you must also show the entrance ticket.
12. The ticket is not refundable in case of bad weather.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

MINIGOLF

1. It is mandatory to deposit an id document before you start the game;
2. Access only for players;
3. It is not allowed to pass putters or balls to other persons;
4. It is not allowed to bring in any object not strictly useful for the practice of the game;
5. It is not allowed to lay or sit down on the course;
6. The holes are numbered from 1 to 18, you have to adhere the order of the holes, do not follow a different path;
7. Once the game is over, players must return putters and balls. those who do not return the ball will be charged €3,00 for the putter €20,00 ;
8. The player, starting from the first hole, has to bring the ball to the hole with subsequent strokes;
9. Once reached the hole go to the next;
10. Hit the ball with a “clean stroke” you should not accompany the ball;
11. For each hole a maximum of 5 strokes allowed. If the 5-strokes fails the player will receive 8 (penalty) strokes to be marked on his score card;
12. Each stroke counts as one point, the number of strokes are to be marked on the score card;
13. When the ball jumps out of the area two points to mark and restart from the “starter”;
14. When the ball remains on the edge of the track it can be removed with your hands towards the inside of the track for a length equal to the foot of the putter;
15. The game at hole 17 starts each stroke from the start A wrong stroke , even if the ball comes out, is worth one point;
16. The sum of points at the end of the game decides the winner. The player with less points wins;

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

FIVE-A-SIDE FOOTBALL FIELD AREA

1. If not booked, the field is free and open during the day; Bookings for nighttime can be made at Andalo Gestioni (Andalo Life 0461 585776);
2. Sharp and heavy objects damage the field. It is forbidden to bring shoes with metal cleats and sharp or heavy objects;
3. It is forbidden to spit chewing gums on the grass, even accidentally.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

BABY CARS AREA

1. The Baby Cars are for children, the parents are responsible;
2. Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult;
3. The two-seater has to be driven by the adult who will sit down on the highest seat;
4. The two-seater is not to be used by 2 children;
5. Wait for the call from our staff member outside the area;
6. Only those who will go on the baby car may access the parking area;
7. It is forbidden to enter the track if not on a baby car;
8. It is not allowed to get off the baby car on the track;
9. It is not possible to choose between the baby cars, one has to take the first car available;
10. After the use of 10 coins in a row you have to free the baby car;
11. It is not permitted to change baby car after the use of coins in a row;
12. No refund;
13. Baby Cars are no Bumping Cars, they should be driven carefully avoiding contact with other cars;
14. It is forbidden to get on the baby cars with rucksacks, protruding clothing or any other object.

GENERAL INDICATIONS REGARDING THE WAYS OF ACCESSING THE 

CROSS COUNTRY SKI CENTER

1. The access to the cross-country trails is only allowed from the entrance and with cross-country skies;
2. At any point of the slopes it’s forbidden to access, walking, whit snow-shoes or any other equipment other then cross country skies;
3. It is forbidden to introduce inside the track anything wich is not stritly necessary for practising cross-country; except for resque and
service vehicles as well as authorized staff;
4. It is forbidden to stop and occupy the track (particularly to sit or lie down);
5. On the track it is not allowed to ski contrary to the normal anti-clockwise circulation;
6. It is forbidden to spoil the trails in any way;
7. It is advisable not to ski outside the timetables due to the absence of a rescue service and the possible presence of a snowcat operating
on the slopes;
8. Andalo Gestioni declines any responsability for accidents or injuries taking place outside opening times or with closed slopes;
9. No peditrians or animals , with or without leash , allowed;
10. It is not allowed to enter walking, or by any other means unless absolutely necessary;
11. No off-piste skiing;
12. All cross-country skiers have to behave in a way not to cause any harm or danger to another person;
13. Every skier, especially descend skiers, must maintain a speed and behaviour to his tecnical abilities as well as to the weather conditions,
the crowd and the visibility;
14. With more then one track use the right one. A group of skiers must skie in a row , one behind another, on the right side;
15. The previous skier does not have to leave the track. Overtaking can be done on the right or on the left, but always in a save way;
16. In case of track crossing, both skiers need to clear the track to their right. The skier who climbs leaves the track to the one who
descends;
17. Stopping only outside the track. In case of a fall the skier must clear the track as quick as possible;
18. At crossing and overtaking both skier who overtakes and the overtaken have to bring their poles close to their bodies;
19. The cross-country skier must observe the signs on the slopes. The signed direction on the slopes must be followed;
20. Anyone must help in case of an accident or another skier in need;
21. Anyone involved or witness to an accident is obliged to give full details;
22. The cross-country skier has to put the equipment outside the slopes during the rest , not to cause danger to other
people.
