VALIDITY: The Andalo Life tickets can be used for one day at your convenience within 6 months from the date of the purchase. Many facilities have seasonal openings (they are open only in summer or in winter). In this case the tickets can be used within the season of the purchase date.

BOOKING: You can book the entrance for almost every activitiy of the Andalo Life. Booking is always recommended. You can make a reservation during the purchase procedure, or later by clicking on the link that you will find on the ticket as an attachment to the confirmation email of the purchase or go without reservation directly to the cashier with the ticket (in this case we do not guarantee the possibility of entering at the desired time).

The reservation is referred to the entrance. For example: if you book the entrance at 4.00 pm and you see that the next available time is at 4.30 pm it means that you have to show up for the entrance between 4.00 pm and 4.29 pm. If you want to change your reservation you can do it up to 4 hours earlier in your account. You must cancel the reservation. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE: In any case, bring the ticket with you and show it at the reception. You will be given an electronic bracelet with which you can enter and exit the premises. Purchases at our indoor bar or at our beauty area can be charged directly on the bracelet. On your way out you can pay your tab at the automatic cash machine. The penalty for the loss of the bracelet is of 50€ (even for subscribers).

Daily entry ticket:

The ticket is valid for 1 entry.

In the activities that foresee a limited time, the time of your stay is indicated on the ticket, or in any case you can't exceed the standard time needed for carrying out the activity for the n° of times indicated on the ticket. These activities are: tennis, boules, soccer field, small soccer field, funny jump, baby cars, minigolf, mini train around the lake, beauty center.

In the other activities once inside, you can stay as long as you like (within the limit of the opening hours of that day or of the opening time band of your entrance if it's a split opening time). 

In the ACQUAin (Acquapark, Spa&Wellness) We recommend you not to lose the bracelet that you will be given at the entrance. You will need it to exit the premises and, during your stay, your purchases (i.e. beauty, indoor bar) will be charged on the bracelet and you can pay everything at the automatic cash machine on your way out. The penalty for the loss of the bracelet is of € 50,00.

Tickets are not refundable in case of bad weather.

By purchasing 1 entrance ticket to the Acquapark you can access the following areas: Spray park, waterslide, baby area with slide, 5 swimming lanes, water jets; 1 outdoor jacuzzi; in summer ‘lido’ solarium garden.

The entrance for babies 0-2 years old to the Acquapark is free.

For tickets valid for 1,5 hour per day, the hours are calculated from the moment of your entrance until the moment of your exit (Reception). If you exceed the allotted time you will have to pay a supplement of 2 euro/hour up to a maximum of 8 euros.

By purchasing 1 entrance ticket to the Spa&Wellness you can access the Wellness Center that includes the following: Finnish sauna, Biosauna with chromotherapy, Herbal sauna, Climasauna with hay, steam bath, Infrared cabin, outdoor jacuzzi, Ice fountain, Kneipp path, Scottish shower, 3 relaxing rooms (one of which has waterbeds).

The Spa&Wellness has a Nordic style: the use of the swimmingsuit is forbidden and every day we offer steam jets (Aufguss).

People under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent.

For the SPA you need at least 1 cotton towel (not microfiber) even though we advise you to bring 2 towels with you, or 1 towel and 1 bathrobe, so that you can wear a dry one during your relaxing moments.You can rent towels and bathrobes (large size) here. They are not included in the entrance ticket. Other accessories are also not included in the entrance ticket and are not for rent. You can buy them at the small shop at the entrance (i.e. flip flops, swimming caps).

With the ticket Spa&Wellness you can also access the Acquapark through an indoor passage. You just have to wear swimsuit and swimming cap (compulsory for the acquapark) and remove them once you wish to re-enter the SPA.

The rafts for the Winter Park are included in the entrance ticket.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON: parent (max 1 per child up to 13 y) who enters the Winter park area to supervise his child. At the Winter Park he must get on his child's raft if the child is under 6 years old. The ticket for the accompanier is free.

With 1 coin you can do approximately 3 rounds at the oudoor circuit (without a stop, ca. 1,5 minutes).

More info on the TENNIS/boules CENTER TICKETS

You can play from 8.00 to 23.00 every day during the opening days of the tennis center on booking (except in adverse weather conditions).

The use of each tennis court is usually reserved to a maximum of 4 people. One of them must be older than 14 years old.

In the tickets for the tennis courts, where not specified, the artificial lighting is not included. If you want to play after 20.00 we advise you to buy the ticket that includes artificial lighting.

In the tickets for the tennis courts, the equipment (i.e. tennis rackets and balls) is not included. You can rent it on site. In the tickets for the boules courts the boules are included.

The tickets for the clay tennis courts are valid for a play time duration of 55' reserving the final 5' of each session of play for the maintenance of the tennis court.

In order to play you have to wear appropriate footwear for the ground of the tennis court that you booked. The clothing must also be appropriate (for instance you cannot play shirtless or in your swimsuit).

More info on the small SOCCER FIELD TICKETS

You can play from 8.00 to 23.00 every day (except in adverse weather conditions). If you want to reserve the field for the night time you have to include also the hour of artificial lighting in your ticket.

Once you've bought the ticket, you need to book the field by phone or at the Andalo Life office (Andalo Gestioni). During the weekend you can book the field also at the reception of the Acquapark ACQUAin.

The field can be used by a maximum of 12 people. At least one of them must be older than 14 years old.

In the tickets for the small soccer field, the equipment (i.e. soccer ball, tunics ecc.) is not included. You cannot rent it on site.

The discount with the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card is applicable only if at least 5 of the players who request the reservation of the field have a Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card registered in their name and valid during the period of the reservation.

Before using the field you must go to the reception ACQUAin or to the Andalo Life office. Bring the ticket with you and show it at the counter. You will be given a coupon that certifies your reservation of the field for the scheduled day and hour. You will need it in case other players are occupying the field.

In order to play you have to wear appropriate footwear for the turf of the field (shoes with cleats). The clothing must also be appropriate (for instance you cannot play shirtless or in your swimsuit).

More info on the SOCCER FIELD TICKETS

You can play from 8.00 to 23.00 (except in adverse weather conditions). If you want to reserve the field for the night time you have to include also the two hours of artificial lighting in your ticket.

The person who reserves the field must be over 18 years old and will be responsible for the correct use of the field.

The equipment (i.e. soccer ball, tunics ecc.) is not included. You cannot rent it on site.

If you need to use the locker rooms you must say it at the time of reservation.

The discount with the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card is applicable only if at least 10 of the players who request the reservation of the field have a Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card registered in their name and valid during the period of the reservation. Once you've bought the ticket for the soccer field you have to book by phone or at the Andalo Life office (Andalo Gestioni) during weekdays.

On the day of your reservation, before using the field, you must go to the Andalo Life office (in case of a reservation on a public holiday go to the reception ACQUAin). Bring the ticket with you and show it at the counter.

In order to play you have to wear appropriate footwear for the turf of the field (shoes with cleats). The clothing must also be appropriate (for instance you cannot play shirtless or in your swimsuit).

More info on the CROSS-COUNTRY SKI CENTER

It is neither necessary nor possible to make a reservation for a specific day.

Subscription:

The subscription ticket is valid for the withdrawal of the subscription at the counter within 6 months from the date of the purchase.

Bring the ticket with you and show it at the counter.

The subscription is nominative.

The subscriptions ticket for tot entrances is valid for the number of entrances specified in the subscription to use within 6 months from the withdrawal of the subscription at the cash desk.

Time-limited subscriptions are valid for the time indicated on the subscription. 

For subscriptions valid for 1,5 hour per day, the hours are calculated from the moment of your entrance until the moment of your exit (Reception). If you exceed the allotted time you will have to pay a supplement of 2 euro/hour up to a maximum of 8 euros.

All subscriptions will be charged on an ELECTRONIC BRACELET. A deposit of € 5.00 must be paid.

Subscriptions purchased online with a Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card discount are valid for the duration of the Card.

Booking the entrance for a specific day is not necessary for subscribers. They can just show up when they wish to enter.

ACQUAin SPA&Wellness is open all year long except for a maintenance window (usually the month of May). The timetable with details on the closing and re-opening days and the special events are made available well in advance.

Gift cards:

Gift card tickets allow you to purchase on the website www.andalo.life and at the cash desks Andalo Life within 6 months from the date of the purchase of the gift card.

The gift card is not nominative. 

The gift card must be used for the payment of products and services of the Andalo Life. The Andalo Life activities where you can use the gift card credit are: ACQUAin ACQUAPARK (open 11 months a year); ACQUAin SPA & wellness (open 11 months a year); ACQUAin beauty (open 11 months a year); Ice rink (open in winter); Winter park rafts and slides (open in summer and winter); Bimbolandia first steps on the snow area in winter (in summer only bouncies area); Cross-country ski center (open in winter); Funny jump (open in summer); Minigolf (open in summer); Train around the lake (open in summer); Boules, tennis courts, small soccer field (open in summer).

Bring the gift card ticket with you and show it at the cash desk or insert the gift card code directly at the time of your payment on the website shop (ecommerce).

The gift card can be used to make several purchases in different moments, the amount of credit will be deducted each time until exhaustion.

In order to view the remaining credit of the gift card you have to be registered on the website. Once you've logged in, by clicking on the man-shaped icon on the top right and then selecting GIFT CARD you can insert the gift card code and view the remaining credit.

Equipement rental:

You cannot book the rental of the equipment for a specific day or hour.
