An indoor fitness gym with professional equipment for those who, rightly, can't do without training during their holidays in Trentino. The manager Gabriele will suggest you the best course of training and lessons to stay in shape.
It's not just a gym in Andalo, it's a bright location, with wide spaces and TECHNOGYM equipment. You can dedicate yourself to the fitness, weights, or you can spend a few hours of physical activity.
Fitness Gym with cardio fitness area: 5 tapis roulant, 4 cyclette, 1 wave, 1 step, 2 eliptical.
Fitness Gym with main workout area: Handlebars and barbell bar, step, lat machine, pectoral machine, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, shoulder machine, abductor and adductor machine, 1 cable station, 1 multipower, 1 bench for pectoral, 5 multifunctional bench.
Fitness Gym with mirror hall: Area for exercise classes.
For adults and teenagers from 14 y. (accompanied by a parent).
